Description

This module will cover a number of aspects of Personal Injury litigation including employers' liability, fatal accidents and criminal injuries compensation.Clinical negligence claims will also be covered. The module will explore the practical and tactical considerations in investigating a variety of claims from both a Claimant and Defendant prospective. The module will also cover the procedure involved in issuing and pursuing claims through the courts as well as considering alternative dispute resolution.
